全额退还学杂费, the electronic Change of Registration form must be received by the 注册商’s Office before close of the business day based on the tuition refund schedule(s) outlined below. 学费 refunds are only granted based on withdrawal from all courses, after the add/drop period. Refunds will be applied first to unpaid balances, and any remaining balance must be paid. Failure to do so may prevent registration for future semesters. Students who receive financial aid and withdraw during the refund period may have to repay all or a portion of their awarded financial aid. Students receiving financial aid should contact the financial aid department prior to withdraw. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of the tuition refund schedule. *费用 are non-refundable after the first seven calendar days of the semester.

Only the 学生账户 office may approve exceptions to the 学费退还时间表.

  1. Students who drop a course during the first seven business days of the semester will receive a full refund of tuition and fees.
  2. Students who withdraw all semester course(s) after the first seven business days of the semester will receive a refund as specified in the 学费退还时间表 referenced above.
  3. Students who withdraw a course(s) after the first seven business days of the semester will not receive a refund of tuition.

更改注册费

8月29日开始 到12月7日, 2022 any change (add/drop) to your dall registration will result in a Business Office hold and a $25 fee that will be applied to your student 账户. 这笔费用可以直接通过你的 MyCC 账户.

In order for you to receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees, the 注册商's office must receive the official completed 更改注册/请假/退学表 no later than the close of the second business day of the session. 费用 are non-refundable after the close of the second business day of the session.

The refund schedule may not apply to courses where the scheduled duration is different from those listed above. The refund schedule does not apply to 专业发展 Courses. Any student who is called to perform active military duty that interferes with the student’s ability to complete the current term of instruction, 请参阅AA-30政策. 

After the electronic Change of Registration form has been processed by the 注册商’s Office, the refund schedule below will be applied for refunds of tuition only. 学费 refunds at PG电子APP may be credited to the student’s 账户 based on the following schedule if the student withdraws or takes a leave of absence after the semester begins. Refunds are based on the day the electronic Change of Registration form is signed and submitted by the student. This policy refers to withdrawal from ALL courses during a semester. 学费 and fees are “locked” at the end of the add/drop period. The add/drop period ends at close of business the second Friday of a semester.

Students may file a Petition for Reconsideration if extenuating circumstances exist which affect the student’s withdrawal and/or tuition refund.
